SURPRISE Program, web site announced for Shafer Tribute Trumpeter Jesse McGuire and pipe and drum bands from public safety agencies across the Valley gathered at Surprise Stadium Friday, May 9 for a tribute to former Surprise Mayor Joan Shafer.
